See’s Clear Channel Ads

Story
In June 2021 See’s Candies ran a Clear Channel Out of Home digital advertising campaign across the San Francisco Bay Area. The delivered creative was a series of freeway billboards and SF transit shelter signs. This was See’s first out of home advertising buy, so making a big splash was of the upmost importance. The goal was to deliver high impact, “bite off the page” imagery to encourage viewers to drive straight to a See’s shop.

 

Process
Working with a technical brief and minimal direction from marketing, Jen worked to create strong and bold visual pieces to draw the attention of those passing by. Simplicity was key to the design’s impact. Jen created all elements of the campaign pieces from layout to image selection and detailed photoshopping.  From the success of these pieces, Jen was asked to design a series of complementary web banners.
